Having already had the pleasure of reviewing the Wenax K1 SE kit, I was equally delighted to give the Wenax H1 a whirl.

Aesthetically, the Wenax H1 carries the classic rectangular shape often found in pod systems, with this palm-sized and lightweight kit offering ultimate portability.
The vast array of colour options makes the H1 not just a vape kit, but almost an accessory, with its selection of bright and vivacious finishes matching a range of different styles.
What are the key features of the Wenax H1?
This kit features a single fire button on one side, plus a USB-C charging port, giving off a sleek and minimalist vibe.
Boasting the use of either draw activation or button activation, it is really up to you to decide how to enjoy this kit.
The fire button doubles up as a way to toggle between a choice of three power outputs, giving users a customised and personalised vaping experience.
The battery life on this small, simple-looking device is a whopping 1,000mAh, holding enough power to last most vapers approximately two days of moderate usage…plus it charges up in no time at all.
Like the Wenax K1 SE, this kit features Geekvape’s steady power output, to provide a reliable and consistent vape.
The Wenax H1 utilises refillable, 2ml (TPD version) cartridges with built-in mesh coils that come in a choice of either 0.7ohm or 1.4ohm resistance.
How does the Wenax H1 perform?
I found that both pods had a tight, MTL draw and gave a warm and flavourful hit, especially when using 20mg strength e-liquid.
E-liquid is poured into the pod easily via a small rubber gasket and the whole design of the pod gives maximum protection against leaks.
Geekvape has implemented the use of their Leak-Guard technology in these pods and I have to say that I not only experienced zero leaking, but also no condensation build-up whatsoever.
The Wenax H1 has been built with a sense of durability and, despite dropping it a couple of times, there was minimal cosmetic damage.
This may be due in part to the fact that the Wenax H1 kit makes use of a rubberised base, giving a shockproof edge to reduce any potential harm.
When it comes to pod systems, there are plenty of variables to consider – including size, aesthetics, and performance – and the Wenax H1 managed to exceed all of my expectations.
How much does the Wenax H1 cost?
Price wise, this kit retails at around the £18-20 mark depending on where you purchase it, putting it in line with other similar devices.
Overall thoughts on the Geekvape Wenax H1
The only minor issue I had at all with this device, was that it lacked the ability to change the coil head instead of the entire pod cartridge.
However, this is purely subjective, as many vapers enjoy the simplicity of not having to worry about sourcing and changing a coil.
Overall, I was really pleased with the Wenax H1 and I felt that, mainly due to its tight draw and compatibility with high-strength e-liquids, it would appeal to new vapers or smokers looking to quit.
